Standard Bank
Broken in to, but it's OK to levae house unsafe!

Business & Finance

Our house was broken into on the 23rd January 2013, I made contact with the insurance to repair/ replace the doors that were damaged. I was given an sms reference on the 24th January 2013. Having received no further updates or information regarding whether or not the repairs were in fact going ot be done or not, I eventually contact the appointed service provider on the 28th January 2013 only to be told that they are no longer the appointed service provider... I attempted to make contact with Standard Bank again - refered to Babalwa Mngomzulu who does not believe in returning calls. I eventually get to speak to a Terral, then to Candice and now Marvin Chezzy. All of them keep saying they "understand" my unhappiness at their service but they all sound the same, make a noise, but have no real tangible solution to my problem which is that I have an open back door, a broken security door and therefore a property that is not safe for me or my family... so do they really understand? Either way, in sheer desperation I have replaced the security gate so that we can at least have a reasonably safe house while we wait for standard bank to do something... anything but TALK!!!
