Our house was burgled on the 31 December 2013, the motor gate was forced open, the door frame was broken for the front door, the garage door was damaged when they tried to gain access to the car. Outsurance sent someone on the 09 January 2014 to do an assessment and to date, nothing has been done and our house is not secure and we unable to get a good night's rest because of this. We have replaced the locks and the doors, security gate and had the motor gate fixed at our own expense. We are now unable to complete the installation of our alarm system, as a door sensor has to be put, which can't be done until the frame is replaced. The garage door is also faulty because at times, it doesn't open or close correctly and we now have to stand and push the remote button until it's open or closed correctly. We want this matter resolved as it's taking way too long.
