Storm that damaged my house

Good day

My name is Esther, I live in Soshanguve and I took a Property Insurance with Standard bank 6 years back when I bought the house, in fact they phoned me and begged me to take the Insurance just incase something happens to the property. last week Thursday's hailstorm broke 3 windows and damaged the roof. The was water every where. I phoned Standard Bank at 22:00 the same night to report the damages, they gave me a case number. First thing I did on Friday morning was to go straight to STD Bank and report again just to be on the safe side. I used my case number I was given the night before. They appointed a Company called Thinashe Project to come and inspect the damages and the guys came on Saturday around 18:30 and said they are going to send the report to STD Bank and wait for them to respond. Today is Thursday, the house has not been repaired yet and STD Bank has not updated me yet on the delay. I had to phone them today and ask what was happening. I'm so disappointed with their service, I told them that I'm going to cancel my policy. Angry and Disappointed customer.
