Unauthorized Debiting

Every single month I have an issue with these people. They ask you 10 times when you would like your debit order to go off, my response always being the FIRST of every month, yet like illiterate people they take it off on the 26th or 28th. I DO NOT GET PAID THEN. Why ask if you are not going to follow through?
Then you deduct a debit order on 13 December that is meant to go off on 30 December without even notifying your own client! I have NEVER had an issue paying yet you treat me like! I hope now people will see how ruthless you are! You cannot just deduct monies when it suits you! there is a contract in place which you are heavily in breach of!
Try calling or speaking to ANYONE in your Cape Town branch is even a BIGGER nightmare!
