I have been a client of yours for over 2 years now, I have had 2 cell phone contracts and recently took out a loan and paid up all the contracts. Yesterday I get a call from Jacquiline who starts to ask my Junior manager at work when I get paid. I took the call and then greeted by this arrogant person, I asked her what is the problem? She tells me that Bayport is only getting their money on the 3rd of the new month. I told her that your debit order runs either on the 30th or 31st of the month without fail. I told her it is not my problem as Bayport needs to sort that out with their bank. Every single month your debit orders run on the last day of the month when I get paid. I do not appreciate getting a call from an arrogant staff member who thinks she is speaking to an. I am an excellent client of yours and have never got a call about payments or nothing. My payments go through every single month, so please educate people like Jaquilne before you decides to pick up the phone an annoy other paying clients.
