Debit orders taken off account on incorrect dates

I honestly do not understand how companies can breach contracts and decide to debit your bank account 4 days before you get paid. I do however understand taking money the day before a Sunday or public holiday. Today is the 22nd. We get paid on the 25th and as with most people in SA you try keep that last little bit of cash before pay day. Yet Bay port thinks they can just take the money as they see fit.

This is a breach in contract and I hope that they will stop this going forward. Let me guess in December they will want to take the debit order off on the 13th already.!!

Absolutely disgusted in the way this company deals with their accounts and clients.

We will never ever take out a contract with this company again. All they want is your money! No customer support over weekends and responses to several complaints is pathetic!
