Unauthorized debit orders

I assumed that my savings was safe with FNB, but unauthorized debit orders went off my account. to have the debit orders stopped, I was charged R35 which was no fault of mine..FNB always instruct their clients to handle there accounts details safely, but FNB does not even protect my savings. If these transactions and bank charges is not reversed I am contemplating to move all my banking else where. I have completed the required forms regarding the matter at the bank.
