Money not dispensing

Had the worst experience with capitec, withdrew money but it did not dispense from the ATM.couldn't pay my nanny who's was supposed to go home for christmas mind you she's got hungry kids at home, my child was stuck at the doctors office couldn't pay bills, & I'm told I have to wait until the cssh management company decides to come & balance off the ATM.I'm stuck with no money because of them
