FEES DUE TO AN ACCOUNT THAT WAS NEVER CLOSED

In december I sent an e-mail to Nnedbank that I need to close my account because of their high fees. The person who responded, told me that they will close the account once the credit of ..59 is cleared. I got paid, the credit was cleared and still, they didn't close an account. Now I have very high fees of over a thousand. On Tuesday someone deposited me money without knowing that I don't uz that account anymore, and because of those charges, they took all that money. I've sent them another e-mail to close it and refund me the money that was deposited on Tuesday or else I'll go to the local paper and spread how unprofessional that bank is.
