Waiting in Claim

On 30 November 2012, I sent in a claim for a 1st trimester pregnancy scan. Essentialmed advertises that all claims are paid by 30 days. So, on 30/12/2012, when nothing was paid into my account, I phoned the claims department - only to be told that the wrong code had been used and I then had to re-submit with a new invoice. on 30/01/2013, still nothing was paid into my account. When I inquired about the reason, I was told that Alvin - who was dealing with my claim had left the company and told to send in my invoice for the third time. On 05/01/2013, I received an email stating that I would have to wait another 30 days for my claim to be processed - and I refuse to wait any longer. It has been over 60 days now, nobody phones me, I must keep phoning the claims department to find out what's happening. If I had not phoned, nobody would have come back to me. When Alvin left the company, somebody should have gone through his client list to make sure things happened on time. I have waited for 2 months now, and I refuse to wait another 30 days. The claim was put in on 30/11/2012 - nobody told me about the wrong code, I had to phone to find out. This is horrible service.
