HORRIBLE!!!

This is pathetic. I have been phoning Standard Bank since the 14th of May to have money returned from my account that they deducted when an atm had technical errors. Half of the problem gets resolved but only near2 weeks later. I suppose I have to wait another 2 weeks before the other half gets resolved.

When I phoned Standard Bank today and spoke to the team Leader Llewelyn he couldn't answer me as to why they only sorted out half of the problem and not the other half. I told Veruscha as well as Llewelyn that I am planning on changing my bank account.

This is ridiculous. Why must I keep phoning to have your errors sorted out. Why does only half of the error get sorted out. Well I have had it completely now and I doubt you will find someone more off than me at this moment. Its taking 2 weeks to get sorted out and Llewelyn informed me that the query is at back office and only now I get informed it could take up to 12 working days to be resolved. Well I hope this gets resolved today as I have been phoning for nearly 2 weeks to have one half of the error sorted out. So now I have to wait another 2 weeks for the other half to be resolved.. This better be done today
