After my accident in August 2013 I have sent through all the details of the 3rd party driver that was responsible for the accident. Since then I was constantly on the phone with Khuliso giving him the same info over and over again. On 20 November 2013 I have emailed this info through to him AGAIN. On the 26th of November I followed up on my mail and the reply I got from Khuliso was: "Please finish me with our claim number". It does not feel like there is any effort from the MiWay team to resolve this matter, and this was the same in finalising the claim. Does someone monitor the people there or is everything just left to be resolved by itself?
