ABSA incompetence leaves me stranded

I had an accident on Fri 6 Dec 2013. Called ABSA call centre to apparently lodge a claim 24/7. Was told to report accident to SAPS and call back Did so and called back on Saturday and was informed that can only lodge a claim from Monday. Lodged claim on Monday and obtained approval to hand in vehicle at VW.Followed up on Tues and was told that Aubrey is handling claim and Doctor already appointed as assessor on Mon. Tues no progress. Wed no progress. Eventually got Doctors cell number and made enquiries. He indicated that he is on his way to VW to do the assessment - 2 days after it was assigned to him. Thurs no progress. Called Doctor and he indicated that he was on his way to hand in report. Called on Fri and was told that assessment report not handed in by Doctor. End of Fri called back and was informed that no assessment report handed in. Explained the problem to consultant and was given number for manager (Patricia) but only rings with no answer. Aubrey could not be reached since Wednesday - made 4 calls. Due to the incompetence or reluctance to assist, my vehicle has been parked at VW since Tues leaving me stranded over long weekend and unable to go to Dbn to visit family as planned
