First experience a bad one!

It seems Nedbank does not abide by what you as client has authorised. The threads of complaints the last few days attests to that. How can you debit my account on the 13th for a debit order that is authorised for the 25th. I did not receive any prior notice to this effect. I am now out of pocket during a time that I need my money.By the way I now only have R240 in my account! What would've happened if there was not sufficient funds? This is my first interaction with you and I am already regretting it! Cancel my debit order with immediate effect. I can much rather pay my account via internet banking every month than to worry if a bank follows policy!
