Pathetic!

I have asked on numerous occasions that my debit go off on the 1st of every month and for the last three months it has come off on the 25th or even before this date! i sent emails and i was told this was an ''early debit order strategy'' and wont happen again, well it happened again and the excuse i still recieve is ''its an early debit order strat and wont happen again... this has happened yet again! what will the excuse be this time by a major corporate bank? I handle my banking account with care and prefer to have a certain amount in my account before i again get salary transferred into the account, but Nedbank is buggering around with un-authorised debit dates. i signed a legal contract stating that i accept your terms and conditions and i have adhered to them, can you not adhere to my simple requests?
