Unproffessional and bad service experience

On monday 27 May I went to Nedbank in Diepsloot to reverse an amount of R3600 which wonga was about to debit. The reason I reversed it its because my Wonga account has been handed to blakes and associated and. I have made arrangement with them to pay my account of which I did. As my account is no longer with Wonga and I have notified y bank while reversing the debit order why did Nedbank authorised it again, just few days after reversing and paying blakes and associates. I took a day off at work just to go and do it, does this mean I have to go back to nedbank and reverse it again. Is it for free? I need a good explanation for this. Its my money which has been taken and I worked so hard for. As far as I know with other Banks when a certain debit order is reversed it cannot be authorised again within a certain period. I want my money reversed and all the charges be paid back to my account. This is soo unproffesional and was not expected from Nedbank. Disgusted Hlengiwe
