Shooed away from airport lounge

So after I was upgraded to a prestige account with promises of prompt services and VVIP treatment, I began querying the value of paying R169pm and I was promised three things: secure messaging on internet, no more qeueing in bank, and when flying I will get to use one of those airport standard bank lounge while I await my flight. All good and well but none of these things are as promised. The secure messaging is atrtended to after three days, this I have tested. The waiting in the qeue can be avoided by making an appointment and by appointment date the need for the service is long overdue! Lastly, I went to the STd Bank lounge all sure of myself thinking all the way, at least i'll get a pittance of my money's worth. Turned out I had to pay R130 prestige client notwithstanding!! I am sick and tired of Std Bankexorbitant but valueless charges! This over and above unauthorised debits nilly-willy having their ways in my account!!
