Worst service eve

I decided to go to prestige banking because my bond is at Standard Bank and Lini at the Randburg branch told me it would be the best option for me because i will have a consultant who will look after me.
Received my card and problems began i requested debit orders to be switched no luck.
Send numerous emails to lindi (my prestige banker for appointment not even 1 reply)
Then i sent mails to prestige banking to make an appointment got a reply with incorect surname and i needed to give them days that will be convenient for me. Till today received no reply.
I decided that was a bad decision to move and closed my account last year at Cresta even received a letter from Standard bank to confirm that everything has been closed.
Suprise i have received 3 phone calls stating my account is overdue please explain if my account has been closed.
Standard bank is the worst bank and only had problems from the start.
