Unauthorised Debit Orde

I have a Debit Order which has been debited to my account, for two months in a row now, despite me having brought this to the notice of the bank through Internet Banking Secure Messaging on 4 separate occasions. I want the two debits from last month and this month credited to my account and the unauthorised debit removed. I have had no communication from the bank about this transaction at all as yet.
