No interest in Prestige Banking client

I have banked with Standard Bank for 25 years and have been a prestige banking client for about 15 years.
1. I have physically resided in Cape Town for more than 10 years and have been in a branch more than 3 times to change where my account should be held. I've seen people changing it on the system, yet every time I go into the bank to speak to a Prestige banker I am told my account is still in Rivonia.

2. I am a prestige client, but can not do online transactions due to the fact that I do not have a chipped card. Friends that earn half of what I earn have Titanium cards from Standard Bank. I am told the "system" says I can't have one.

3. I have left at least 3 messages over the past 2 week for a Prestige Banker to contact me so that I can make an appointment to have this resolved. I even went into the branch. I am still waiting for someone to bother to contact me.

4. I had to see and advert at the airport to realise a host of services that I am supposed to have as a prestige client, no-one has ever offered me or explained to me.

5. I contacted the CRC explaining my situation to have Rivonia contact me again.

Standard Bank has a week to resolve this, or I am gone.
