Debiting my account without my agreement-Terrible

I have personal loan with nedbank. i had an arrangement with them when i went on martenity leave. this month they debited me early.they debited twice without my agreement. When i inquired they said its because i owe them. i explained that i have an arrangement; they then said they notice they will try to refund me. but i must give them three months bank statement. They do the error then i must give them proof!!! Where as this transaction also shows on their side. Terrible customer service!!! People should not get into transactions with nedbank... they dont value us as customers. Cant wait to be free from them...!
