DEBITING OF ACCOUNT ON ANY DAY

I have an arrangement to have my account debited for payment of loan on 30th of every month. On 21 June 2013 my account was debited irrespective of agreement. I get paid on 25th of every month. Why has the arrangement made in my contract with them ignored? i have lcalled their customer service, reference number 8657698 and was told they have implemented a system to secure payment for all their clients. What nonsense, i have never missed a payment. who is going to pay for the penalties with my bank?
