Nedbank
DOUBLE DIBITTED!!

I have a personal loan with nedbank, the arrangement made with them is that they debit me on the last day of every month, (the day i get paid), end of may they debited me and few minutes there after they debited again of the same amount -
i have queried this with them however they kept on saying i was a back payer - i have sent through my bank statement showing them the money has been deducted from my side every month, i have not heard anything from then

its amazing that i have 2 loans with them but the second one is back paid - yet both is taken on the same day

they then said no payment was made in the month of feb yet my statement shows it was taken off on the 28th of FEB,

Please advise???
