I had a break in, and I submitted my claim with outsurance, the supplier-Amalgamated door they were supposed to fix my door, which they ended up replacing my door, however they replaced my door with artificial, the door that I had was a hard wooden door they replaced it with light wood which anyone can see that. I phoned outsurance and Amalgamated hundred times but nothing is being done about, I spoke manny and Jonathan from Amalgamated but it seems as if I have been taken for a ride cause Jonathan keeps on saying he will come back to me which he never does. I am Outsurance ciient and not Amalgamated, dont understand why should I be the one following this with their supplier, as they should follow up with them and find out if I am happy, but NO, I should phone them all the time. Amalgated told me that the door has been sent to be manufactured, but its over 3 months I have been waiting for the door to be done, I cannot wait any longer for it, since no one even bothers to phone me or to update me at least. I would appreciate if my door could be returned before christmas and we can all forget that I even claimed for it. the service on both is pathetic not one cares. I want my door bac
