POOR SERVICE FOLLOWING HOUSE BREAK- IN

My house was broken into and was reported on 8 May 2013 and I provided the case numbers and list of goods. I also reported that my door was completely broken and does not lock so I require the door to be replaced asap. Following repeated e-mails and calls all from my side, the company finally came late the afternoon to nail the door shut at least. The quote from the company was duly submitted, but we find out today that the door will now only be replaced on MONDAY 20 MAY!!! When we called yesterday, we were told that the quote was indeed received, but that that it was not actioned yet. Now we are faced with increased risk as we have to use the back gate which we cannot secure properly. Moreover, when I called on Monday, someone named Thuli had an extremely bad attitude towards my plight with the door. In addition, at no time did anyone inform us of the processes and lead times for our claim - I had to call and get this from the consultants myself. Your service as a company is very poor and there is no sense of urgency when traumatic incidences like this occur. BTW I have been a loyal customer for 4 years!!!
