Door that was damaged in a storm

Door of swimming pool building was damaged due to the storms in Dec while we were away on holiday. we had other damage as well - trees fell down. our concrete wall fell down. we replaced the wall out of our own pocket but needed help with the door. door was standing open for 2 weeks. it took SAHL 3 weeks to attend to this. each time you phone them, they just appoint a new contractor. claim was rejected today. i find this very confusing as they did replace a door at he same building just over a year a go that was damaged by wind. you pay a lot of money monthly.but get this kind of attitude.
