Claimed about 3 weeks ago but no door replaced yet

We had a house brake-in and our kitchen door was distroyed. The claim has been approved by Nedbank homeowners insurance but we still do not have the door replaced. We are always told that some people will call and come to replace it. This is an emergency but not treated as such.
