What a waste

So i took out life insurance, and the lady said that the blood test can be done at work. When they did show up as i work in a DC, it took me 20 min to get to reception but the ppl couldnt wait, so they left, when i called in they said it was fine i can do it when i have the time. Now this morning i get an sms to say that the policy has lapsed due to non payment, when i called in the lady says she can see that all payments where made..., ...what a total waste this means i have been paying premiums for 6 months for no reason
