PLEASE PAY MY 1 YEAR PREMIUMS

After 61 months of premiums, Clientele Life found a excuse for not paying my 1 year premium back like they advertise. Unfortunately I was unemployed for the year of 2011 and could'nt pay my premiums for a couple of months. I then receive my pension fund and they took that months premiums. Now that I inquire about my 1 year premiums back they only told me now that my policy lapsed and I can't get 1 year premiums back. Why did they deduct this month premium and why did'nt they inform me about my policy that lapsed and reinstated again, that I started a "new 5 years" again. before I can get money back? Why does their system shows I paid 61 premiums. So come on guys...
