On 09 Dec I received an sms notifiying me of a transaction on my credit card that obviously was . after a long wait, I finally got through to someone that assisted in having my credit card stopped. the replacement card, however, will take forever as always. this in the festive season! tried to call the card division with no help, as always. Today I get an sms to call the division again. I have tried calling them back at least 5 times - someone picks up, puts me on hold, then cuts me off. guess my account could be emptied out by now... really scary that we entrust our entire life savings and every other cent that we own, with a bank that couldn't care less! and has pathetic online security systems that mess up our lives!!
