It is with great sadness to come to this conclusion to cancel my credit card. I am so disappointed with standard bank especially card division, the staff seem clueless about customer service but yet again that reminded me why I never banked with you. I have since applied for a replacement card on the 7th May 2013 and as if it was not long enough the ridiculous security questions I was asked?? The extent of the emphasis on security protection questions should be equally put to your customer relations endeavour.

Finally after all the drama I waited for 7 full days to get my card, guess what it was delivered to the wrong branch especially after I personally indicated that I will collect from East gate Mall! Why? nobody knows nor seem to care I must wait for another 7 to 10 days to get have resent to the right branch! Why ask the question " where would you like your card to be delivered to maa-am" if you are not even listening to us.

I would like to reiterate that as a customer I don't feel it's fair to be punished for the incompetence and ignorance of your people, really 10 more days? l I might as well cancel the card as it serves no purpose if to replace it it's such a mission
