In My 2013 i accepted an offer from The Unlimited - Double Deal of R99.99 per month policy and was promised my card will arrive within two weeks. To date the card i do not have a card. A total amount of R500.20 has so far been debited from my account. On 13 September 2013 i called the unlimited and requested a cancellation of the policy and a refund. The call centre agent refuses to cancel the policy.
