Money been debited out of my account

For the pass 6 months an amount of 99 rands has been debited from my account.when the call centre agent phoned me some time last year i told him that i was not interested in whatever hes was selling but he said hes not selling anything the unlimited world wants to give back to there clients.next thing i know money was taken out of my account.i sent them a email requesting the telephone recording and have not received it yet.they mislead customers to earn a quick buck.
and because it is an amount under 100 rands i dont get a sms from my bank.and if i never pick this up early it would carry on without me knowing anything.
HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE ARE THEY DO THIS TOO?
