I FEEL ROBBED OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY

I saw the avbob advert on Etv, I then decided to text the number, in few minutes they called me. This was around April 2008. They took my particulars and of those I insured. Everything was fine until I realized that, they were debiting my account before the agreed date which was the 25th of each month. I called to inform them if the 25th falls on Sunday, they must debit my account on Monday. Everything was fine until they started debiting my account on the 23rd that was when I decided if they won't listen to me I will cancel my policy with them and take my services elsewhere. October 23rd 2013, was the day I cancelled my policy with them. I was then made to sign a form with the amount of R2509.66 and the consultant that assisted me told me the amount will be deposited into my account in 7 days time. Few days after the money was deposited into my account, I went back to them to ask what happened to the rest of the money coz it didn't make sense to me, I told the lady that my calculations of the money gives me around R7500 and something. She then told me about the contract states everything. I never saw or signed the contract. Why did they debit my account after I cancelled huh???
