Cancellation of policy

When my policy elapsed last year I claimed the money and reinstated the policy. The reason i reinstated the policy was that i was never paid the money i claimed. Their reasoning was that the documents I faxed were not clear. i faxed the required documents several times without luck. Now i have decided to cancel the policy because i feel that it is not worth it.

i am still struggling with this regard (that is cancelling of this policy). My id number is 7305215390085 and policy number is 403863695. i hope this matter will be given urgent attention as i really need that money.
