My house was hit by the storm - the roof tiles, windows, ceiling were broken. i call outsurance and i spoke to Siza - he handle the call professionally and he allowed me to express my self in my language. i was impressed and what ever i ask him he was spot on to give answers instead of sucking information - he was well versed about what he was doing. And on the other Riaan who came to assess the damages was also on top of his game he new what he was doing, i was not there myself but my wife told me that this gentlemen has a sense of humour he knows how to address people according.
