I submitted my claim documents to Tsolofelo on the 02 and 03 December 2013 got a message that my claim has been forwarded to the Assessor who is Jolene it will take 5 business days which elapsed on the 10/12/2013 when I called Thabo or Thami asked for my ref no S0022875 he told me that now it take 10 days since it went for medical opinion which elapsed today when I called today at 09:40 the guy (Danny or Sammy) said he does not know how long it will take for this claim when I asked for someone superior so that I can express my concern he refused he was very rude and not understanding but he is one of the Assessors... they always say claims take only 24 to 48 hours they mislead people with wrong information they breach their contract. Is this the right customer service you can give to your loyal policy holders who have been with Clientele since 2009? What happened to courtesy and concern? I am very sceptical about their policy now, I don't even know their correct TAT for paying out claims... can anyone please assist me with the right direction and answers.
