I placed an order for a smart device at the end of November, as to beat the deadline they stated. I selected a device on the basis that there was stock available of that item.

Two weeks later I received an SMS saying that there was no stock and I would need to be patient.
I gave it another week and phoned in to check the status.
I have spent over an hour on the phone, being pushed from pillar to post to try get ANY answer from anybody!
I was first told that my application does not exist and I must redo! Then I was put to someone else who said it does exist, and there is stock!! Then I was put through to someone who said there is no stock and will call me back to confirm about my application.
I never received this call back.

I then spent another 30 min on the phone and was promised that a supervisor (whose name I won't mention) would call me before close of business. At 4:45 I phoned to speak to him and left another message... Nothing, I then phoned again and left ANOTHER message... Nothing!!

I am so upset, as I moved to fnb because of what I experienced at another bank and so moved to them.
All I wanted was an answer, I begged, pleaded, nothing!!
I do not know what to do.
