Bad service

Am so so disappointed by my former insurence company of my vehicle miway. I had an accident on the 19th of May 2013 and notify my insurence but now they are accusing me of laying about the accident and not telling them about the write accident seen.

Firstly I was told by the insurance representative to drive my vehicle to Mc Dornald sprinwhat ause they ask me if the car is drivable and I said yes and it was not safe were we were standing cause the other vehicle that bump me on my back, bump me in the same sport were the first accident happen and I believe they do have records of my phone calls during the accident that they can check on their records cause they do record us when we call,

Secondly i have to get an expect to write me a report regarding my accident, on the other hand am still paying the debt of the damage to my vehicle of R120 000 and my car is still not yet back so really I do not have cash laying around for such things and yes miway might have hired someone to do the investigation for them cause their a big company getting money from us as their clients whom they must assist when they are in need of the assistance but surely it doesn't work miway it's their way.
