Reported an Accident 2days ago & still no Help

I was involved in car accident with my fiance who is pregnant on sunday. Phoned Alexander Forbes and was told to call on monday to make a claim. Yesterday I phoned them and was emailed forms to complete by a consultant (Ms Rosy Kekana) who was helpful until she transferred/ allocated an Assessor and until then there's been no correspondence from them. I need a courtesy car in order for me to take my fiance to her Dr's appointment, told them that its risky using a car that's damaged and she 's still recovering from the trauma. Imagine taking her to the Doctor using the same car again!! I've been waiting and waiting and no one has helped me. just phoned them and was told that everyone is on lunch including their managers.

I really cannot believe this for a reputable brand like AO to be this incompetent. I'rm really frustrated and helpless. Can you please help me out! Or I'll have to phone BMW directly as they convinced me to sign up with Alexander Forbes.

I'm really sad.
