Mutual & Federal insure my car and ALJ are my brokers, 2 months ago mutual & Federal debit my account as well as Santam, hold on I'm not insured with Santam (R 1500.00 debit) when I phoned Justin from ALJ he tells me that MF no longer is covering Cars, we'll that would of been great if you got permission from me to go ahead with Santam- the cheak. Then last month Santam debit me R 1500 R 1100.00 after I sent a e mail to justin telling him this is not on. You guys really need to get your s@! t together as I never authorized this company as a insurance provider and in future communicate with your clients so that they don't find out on the day they get surprised debited- shameful and disgusting ethics. You have lost me as a client and I will be forwarding the Santam bill that I now owe them to you and you will cover it or we will go to court for consumer act violations.
