We asked help with preferred provider-to no avail

We had alarm and anti-hijack installed in vehicle with preferred provider of outsurance (Westside vehicle security) After exhasting all options and preferred provider not providing the service, we contacted outsurance to ask for assistance. When I phoned on 10 December 2013 and told the call centre agent of my problem, she told me that they would contact the preferred provider because this is totally unacceptable and that they would give this query to her manager who will then contact the prefered provider and then get back to me within 24 hours. i had to phone today 11 December 2013 again as no one of Outsuance came back to me. spoke to the Manager of the callcentre who told me that they cannot do much regarding this issue as they need more than 1 complaint to remove this profered provider from their list. This is unacceptable as how many more vehicles will be damaged due to this??? How can you tell me this is a prefered provider and then when my vehicle is damaged Outsurance can do nothing to assist??
