Not Happy with Service

I had a claim on the 10th of Jan 2013 and few days later was told that the claims is approved. I took my vehicle to the service provider Outsurance told me to take it to. I am still waiting till today my vehicle is not repaired as every week when i call them i am told that there still waiting for the parts but how long does it really take to complete this claim, as i am driving around with a damaged vehicle like i don't have insurance yet i am paying them to cover me in cases like this. Can someone please tell me what is really happening as its been a month now.
