Bad workmanship resulted in damage to vehicle

On 27 November I asked Westside to install alarm and anti hi-jack to my daughters vehicle. I chose Westside because they are a preferred provider of Outsurance. We were told that it would take approx one and a half hour to install. We waited two and a half hours and Nick told us that they had encountered a problem but that it was done now. We went home and the following morning the battery was completely drained. We had to manually open car and charge the battery. My husband on taking out the battery noticed that the fuse box cover had not been replaced. He found it after a short search on the pulley of the fanbelt. The cover was damaged by the pulley. We went to see Nick and after checking the vehicle, he told me that the wireing had been incorrectly done.. My daughter told him that her car is only one year old and that she wanted the fuse box cover replaced as it was due to shoddy workmanship that the cover was damaged. Nick was not happy about it but promissed to replace it. After contacting him continuously and driving to his workshop on numerous occasions, he has still not replaced the cover. He told us so many different stories that we cannot believe anything he says
