Accounts not paid as per agreement

I applied for debt review in august started my first payment in September
end September i got call from nedbank lawyers that my home loan account is outstanding i send email to Wesley immediately. he told me my bond was included.in November i got court summons from balju if i don't pay with in 20 days there will be problems scan the info again to Wesley and Gary until today they haven't confirmed anything with me.i called nedbank before next payment to dcm to confirm they told me my debt review application was rejected on between the 3-4 sep.i feel dcm only wanted my money they don't care and wasn't honest with from the beginning if they told me nedbank rejected my application i was goin to cancel as they are my main and primary focus.i also request dem to cancel and refund me everyone just ignores me
i am not happy with their service they are like day lite robbers
