I had a product incorrectly added to my account by MFC without my permission which was dealt with, or so I thought, after receiving my refund fro the above mentioned MFC mistake, my account was subsequently put into arrears for the amount and when my debit went of, I was actually charged for my refund so once again, I have been left out of pocket by MFC. I complained on the 2nd December 2013 and as of today, the 11th December 2013, my issues have still not been resolved. Their "Resolution Specialist" has been helpful to this point, but it seems like not only customers have to deal with incompetent staff, but so do their own colleagues.

Can somebody please advise me on how to take this matter further, I'm sure their must be a case that could be launched with the Banking Ombudsman
