A Telemarketer by the name of Lance phoned me on 6 Nov. 2013 to introduce the GOLD ACCICASH account to me. I decided to take it and said to him "please make sure that my debit order goes of on 23 of each month. Last month it went of on 19 Nov. 2013 which was a Tuesday. I could have understood if they did the debit order on the 22nd, because the 23rd was on a Saturday. I phoned them and said please make sure that the debit order goes off on the the closest date to the 23rd, because I work for myself and need to budget for everything and they keep on sending me sms's to say that "Your Gold Debit Mastercard was delivered to your address recently! " How do they know that I have received it!!! They have taken 2 debit orders already, but still haven't received anything in the post. I asked them to please give me my money back on the 11th of Dec. 2013 for last month R220 and for this month R119.99. They only want to give me back my R119.99 for this month, but what about the money for the card etc? I really don't think this is fare. They said they can't give me back the other amount, cause they will still send me the card. What will I do with the card? I don't need it. Please help!!!
