I so regret it to have ever dealt with MFC. The level of incompetence peaks anything in the banana republic of SA. I have requested a statement 10 days ago, had to resend twice... and still did not get what I need. They eventually came back and some brilliant blooper employee came back that I need permission of the primary account holder (which is me by the way). They don't even bother to check that so now I am waiting another 10 days to get an answer (and have lodge a complaint at the Ombudsman of the banks). But that is not all. Having dealt with 3 Nedbank staff and 3 MFC staff, nobody actually knows anymore what is happening to my account. The last person that spoke to me 'Anton' was going to sort the matter while I have send him and all the others an email... they have sent back their cat. So, I won't be surprised that these incompetent cats will start calling me (while I was on leave 69 times... somebody is really bored at their office) or let me but it different... start harrassing me. Maybe I should go work for them and solve their mess. Nedbank staff was helpful and seem to be competent, it is the MFC staff that is a total joke. My Oscar for incompetence goes to MFC.
