Awaiting Refund

In February 2011 my father purchased a motor vehicle and financing was done through MFC. My father passed away in Jun 2012 and i notified MFC. They informed me that I had to pay the vehicle or they would reposses the car. I inherited it in the will. (VERY RUDE ATTITUDE FROM THEM). I subsequently paid the monthly installments. The esate was settled in December 2012 and ABSA settled the amount outstanding on 27 November 2012with MFC. I wasnt aware that this happened and paid R2800-00 on 13 December 2012. On 14 Jan 2013 i emailed MFC with my bankstatement to prove i paid it as well as my ID and I requested a refund. They replied that it was forwarded to their refund department. I didnt hear anything after that. Emailed them 22 Jan 2013, 02 Febr 2013, 11 Febr 2013. On 12 Febr they emailed me that Natalie O'Kelly was handeling the refund and a phone number. Since 12 Febr i have tried to contact this woman to NO AVAIL! WHAT NEXT. CUST SERVICE!!! THANKS MFC
