Nedbank has my money again!

I had billing problems with Mfc before and thought mfc could atleast handle a debit order. I was wrong! The debit order for my car went off 7 december, 20 days early and with no warning, but that was fine. Suprise gift for christmas, second debit order went of today! This while my account is paid in advance. I need my money returned to me in real time and i hope that my account is handled correctly next month. Word of warning t everyone. DO NOT USE MFC OR NEDBANK THEY ARE THE MOST INCOMPETENT BUNCH IN SOUTH AFRICA! Please see the last correspondence i received from the on 13 december.
